And of course you can spot other recent arrivals to lower Manhattan: most notably, Frank Gehry’s deconstructivist residential tower at 8 Spruce Street, which eyeballs its older neighbor, Cass Gilbert’s landmark 1913 Woolworth Building, across City Hall Park.
